Senior pit bull who has waited for months at shelter seeks loving home

Tank 1 (1)

Tank is a happy, loving boy who came to the shelter with his friend, who passed away while they were waiting to find a new home. After seven months, Tank is still waiting for love – and no one has shown any interest in him.

This 11-year-old pit bull loves belly rubs, snuggling, destroying stuffy toys, and balls – he can fit up to three in his mouth! While those who know him have never heard Tank bark, he’s happy to sing for you if you ask him to “Tell you about it.” Tank has a charming smile and he loves to give kisses. He has a medium energy level and can go to a home with gentle children, but he should be the only pet. Tank is a favorite of the dog walkers and he’s loved by all of the staff. His adoption fee has been paid, so please visit him today if you’re a match. You won’t regret it!

If you are interested in adopting Tank, please contact Greenhill Humane Society in Eugene, Oregon to meet Tank today! Email them at lauren.me@green-hill.org or call at (541) 689-1503 x112.

And if you aren’t looking to add to your family at this time, please share Tank to help him finally find a loving home.
